White Potato Lake Sportsmen's Club (WPLSC) Pound, Wi is a non-profit organization formed in 1989. The WPLSC supports the protection, improvement and recreational development of White Potato Lake for the benefit of the general public.

Thanks to everyone involved with running the Fishing Derby this weekend. Too many to list but it takes many to pull this off every year. We can always use more help but as Derby Chair, I’m extremely grateful and blessed for all the volunteer help.

White Potato Lake June 2024 EWM Survey Results
The extent of the surveyed areas included sites where EWM has been found in past surveys. The crew located many single plants and a few clumps of plants within the Lagoon.
A small scattered colony on the northern shoreline was also located, which has been a known population for a couple of years now. The area is shallow and makes harvesting challenging.
.Another section along the western shoreline of the lake was found to harbor a modest concentration of single plants, clumps of plants, and one small plant colony.
